It’s been a full year since the collapse and Rockport is desperate for resources. Luckily, they found a new ally in the small fishing village of Two Rivers. But with new friends comes new enemies. As modern-day pirates are looting the communities along the banks of Lake Michigan, their new friends are next on the list. Can Doug Chapman and his team tip the scales in their favor? 

It's been nine months since the government collapsed and the spring has brought new troubles. After the Department of Corrections ran out of resources, they released the last remaining inmates into the countryside. With nowhere to go and unable to travel during the Wisconsin winter, The inmates ravaged the city of Fond du Lac. Now that spring is here, They have their eyes set on the agricultural resources of Calumet County...and the Town of Rockport.  

Book 3 in the Guardians of Rockport series. It's been six months since the government collapsed and the Wisconsin winter is taking a toll on the citizens of Rockport. But they must face more than the harsh elements as the religious cult south of town has grown in size and threatens their very existence. In addition, the state prison has finally run out of resources and released the last remaining inmates who are seeking refuge in the town. As the public safety team struggles with the ever-increasing challenges, Deputy Doug Chapman is on the hunt to catch the serial killer that has been leaving a trail of bodies across the region. 

It's been months since the government collapsed and so far Doug Chapman has been able to keep his family alive amongst a nation in chaos. After battling an outlaw motorcycle gang and rescuing his pregnant daughter from a band of marauders, he was ready to settle into a familiar routine and try to survive in a world without modern conveniences.

But that is not an option as a bloody cattle war is now raging within Calumet County. Doug and his band of Rockport Public Safety Officers are once again needed to keep peace in a violent and dangerous world. 

In this apocalyptic thriller, the nation is in the midst of a major financial collapse when the United States is pulled into regional wars in Europe and Asia.  Suddenly, phones and internet go out, likely the cause of a cyber-attack by a hostile foreign actor. Unprepared for such a reality, society as we know it collapses and chaos is the new normal.  In the small Town of Rockport, a group of people band together to protect their community and ensure it survives the collapse.  Led by Doug Chapman, a retired Air Force OSI special agent, a group of volunteer firefighters, teachers, and military veterans rise to the challenge.  The group, referred to as Public Safety, begins to deal with the effects of the collapse from medical emergencies to fighting fires and to even defending the community from a rogue outlaw motorcycle gang.
